We accept returns on both opened and unopened products.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
